How to use

1-Brush with the toothpaste for two to three minutes, two to three times a day, after every meal, using a suitable brush, such as the ELGYDIUM Whitening brush with the Microball System.

2-For brushing three times a day after meals, with toothpaste formulated to protect against tooth decay, such as ELGYDIUM Tooth Decay Protection.
